In this document I will be happy to illustrate the Terms and Conditions governing the online sales contracts on this site ( www.ve-ro.com ) of the artisan products made by me in my laboratory, or these contracts stipulated between me ( Alessandra Di Gennaro) and you (User, Buyer, Customer, Consumer).

Before making any purchase, I ask you to read and fully accept these conditions. These conditions may change over time, so I suggest you periodically consult this page.

The acceptance of these conditions is considered carried out at the successful completion of the payment of the desired product.

Online purchase agreement

The online sales contract is a remote contract; its object is movable property (the product I made by hand); is stipulated between you (Consumer) and me (Alessandra Di Gennaro); takes place within a system organized by me making prevalent but not exclusive use of remote technologies such as the Internet.

Unless otherwise agreed, all contracts will be concluded through your access to the website www.ve-ro.com where following the proposed procedures (which generally follow this path: choice of product, insertion in the cart, insertion of personal data, insertion of the shipping address, entering the payment data, confirming the payment) you will conclude the contract for the purchase of the good / product.

The sale will end in my laboratory when I send you the product you have bought through shipping companies.

How to purchase

Depending on your preference, you can proceed with the purchase in Italian, English or French, by selecting the flag button at the top right of each page of the site.

To make a purchase on my site you can register, thus having access to your personal area where your preferences will be remembered, or proceed with the purchase without any registration.

On the website www.ve-ro.com you have four sections (earrings, necklaces, rings and bracelets) from which to choose the product of your interest.

Each product has its own card that describes it visually, through various photos that portray it from different points of view, and verbatim indicating the technical details that distinguish it.

Once you have selected the product you are interested in using the "Add to cart" / "Buy now" button, it will be loaded in the "Cart", page where the details of the selected product are summarized, the cost (both separated into its items and as a whole) and you can select your geographical area to know the shipping costs.

By clicking on the "Payment" button you can proceed with the "Checkout" to complete the order. If not done previously, here you will be asked for the shipping address with the following data: name, surname, address, city, country, zip code and telephone.

By clicking on "Continue" you can choose the delivery method. If you want the product to be delivered to the address you have chosen, you will check the "Shipping" section, alternatively you can choose "Collection in the laboratory" if you want to go directly to my work place in Venice (Castello 6477 / a) to pick up your purchase .

By clicking on "Continue" you will arrive at the "Payment" section which is managed by Wix Payments and secured by the SSL Secure Shopping system. Here you will be asked for your credit / debit / prepaid card details to proceed with the payment. Finally, you can check the box if your billing address is the same as the shipping address, otherwise you can enter a different billing address.

By clicking on "Continue" you will arrive in the last section "Check and send the order". Here on the left side of the page you will have a summary of all the data you entered and on the right side the summary of the full cost broken down into its various items.

By clicking on "Send order" you send the order confirmation and we will proceed with the payment. You will receive an email confirming receipt of your order from me with the relevant information and details, which you will need to keep.

Products and availability

The products you find in my e-commerce are handcrafted by me, this means that they are unique pieces and therefore will almost always be available in just one unit.

Sometimes, on the other hand, it can happen that there are more than one unit of a product / model: in this case it means that the product I offer is made in more than one copy, in which I have tried to replicate it as closely as possible one to the other. Note that in this case you may not necessarily receive the product in the photo but one that is almost entirely identical and dequivalent. There may be very slight differences in the texture of the materials used, as they are unique pieces, or minimal differences in measurements in the internal design of the product.

Despite my commitment to keep the site updated in real time on the pieces in stock reserved for e-commerce, I may not be able, in extraordinary cases or for reasons beyond my will, to provide you with the product of your choice. . In this case I will notify you and contact you as soon as possible proposing a refund of your expense or possibly at your free choice an alternative replacement product.

If you choose a refund, I will ask you for your bank details to proceed with the transfer.

If you are interested in a product that appears as “Sold out” on the site, you can contact me at the email address info@ve-ro.com to ask if it is possible to order it. I will check if in my laboratory I have everything I need to replicate that product and I will be able to make it at your request by proposing payment on the site or making a transfer to my bank account. Shipment will begin upon receipt of payment.

I remind you that the product you choose to buy is described to you through a text that analyzes its details and photos. These photos are as close as possible to the real product, but they are still photographic reproductions and as such they may have slight chromatic differences compared to the original.

Finally, I would like to bring your attention to the handcrafted aspect of my products, which being unique and handmade could have a certain irregularity or imperfection due to the type of processing.

Receipt of your order

As soon as you have finished your purchase with the payment on the site, I will receive your order and I will try to process it as soon as possible. I will take the product of your choice and compose the layers of packaging to make it cute and preserve it during shipping. It can take from 2 to 6 working days from receipt of your order to delivery of the package to the shippers. If I fail to comply with this deadline for reasons that are beyond my will, you will be promptly contacted and informed of the first available day of shipment start. If you consider the waiting time not congenial to your projects, you can ask me by email at info@ve-ro.com to cancel the order and obtain a refund by entering your name, surname, bank and bank details to which to return in the message. the amount spent.

Shipping and delivery methods

  The shipment of the product and its delivery will be made in the countries that are recognized on the site when the cost of shipping is simulated on the "Cart" page, where you can check if your country is covered by the shipment.

If your country is not included in the list of countries served by shipping you can write an e-mail to info@ve-ro.com.

ITALY - the cost of shipping is € 6.9, it is entrusted to the Italian Post Office with delivery times ranging from 2 to 7 working days, with delivery from Monday to Friday. The type used is the registered letter. If you are not at home at the time of delivery, in the following days Poste Italiane will make a second attempt. If this does not go well, you will be left with a paper notice of non-delivery with the details of the Post Office to which you will have to contact, from Monday to Saturday, to collect your package, respecting the storage term indicated by them.

At the end of the days of storage the package will be returned to the sender, that is to me. I am not responsible for non-delivery, and therefore will not be able to refund the shipment. I can offer you to pay for a new shipment of the package through my website or by bank transfer, or to refund the cost of the product and cancel your order.

ZONE 1 - (Austria, Belgium, Cyprus, Croatia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Greece, Ireland, Iceland, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Moldova, Montenegro, Norway, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Czech Republic, Russia, Serbia, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Turkey, Ukraine, Hungary, Malta, Monaco, Israel) the cost of shipping is € 9.9, it is entrusted to Poste Italiane with delivery times ranging from 3 to 35 working days, with delivery from Monday to Friday. The type used is the International Registered Mail.

If you are not at home at the time of delivery, a second attempt may be made depending on your country. If the attempt (or if a second attempt is planned by your country) should not be successful, you will be left with a paper notice of non-delivery with the details of the Post Office to which you will have to contact to collect your package, respecting the storage term indicated by them. At the end of the days of storage the package will be returned to the sender, that is to me. I am not responsible for non-delivery, and therefore will not be able to refund the shipment. I can offer you to pay for a new shipment of the package through my website or by bank transfer, or to refund the cost of the product and cancel your order.

I inform that once I leave the Italian border, Poste Italiane entrusts the package to the couriers of the country that is crossed from time to time and I have no responsibility or control on the choice of these couriers.

ZONE 2 - (Argentina, China, South Korea, Japan, Hong Kong, Singapore, Brazil, Canada, Mexico, Panama, USA, South Africa, Uganda) the cost of shipping is € 12.5, it is entrusted to Poste Italiane with delivery times ranging from 10 to 50 working days, with delivery from Monday to Friday. The type used is the International Registered Mail. If you are not at home at the time of delivery, a second attempt may be made depending on your country. If the attempt (or if a second attempt is planned by your country) should not be successful, you will be left with a paper notice of non-delivery with the details of the Post Office to which you will have to contact to collect your package, respecting the storage term indicated by them. At the end of the days of storage the package will be returned to the sender, that is to me. I am not responsible for non-delivery, and therefore will not be able to refund the shipment. I can offer you to pay for a new shipment of the package through my website or by bank transfer, or to refund the cost of the product and cancel your order.

If the attempt (or if a second attempt is planned by your country) should not be successful, you will be left with a paper notice of non-delivery with the details of the Post Office to which you will have to contact to collect your package, respecting the storage term indicated by them. At the end of the days of storage the package will be returned to the sender, that is to me. I am not responsible for non-delivery, and therefore will not be able to refund the shipment. I can offer you to pay for a new shipment of the package through my website or by bank transfer, or to refund the cost of the product and cancel your order.

Traceability of the package

In Italy, as soon as the shipment begins, I will send you the code and the link to track your package.

Outside Italy I will still send you the link for tracking, but the shipping update will depend on the courier chosen by Poste Italiane for abroad, and it can often happen that some companies do not inform about the journey of the package.

I am not responsible for the failure to track the package, and Poste Italiane will not give further information other than informing if the package has been successfully delivered or if the delivery has been missed.

Payment method

Through the procedure described above, you can pay for your purchases on the website www.ve-ro.com with your credit / debit / prepaid card. The payment phase is managed by Wix Payments and secured by the SSL Secure Shopping system.

In the case of orders placed by email and agreed between you and me, I can offer you to pay by making a transfer to my bank account, sending you my details. Shipment will begin upon receipt of payment.

Obligations of the buyer

When you become a buyer, you accept all the clauses of this "Terms and Conditions" document.

I inform you that it is forbidden to enter false, invented or third party information in any field of the site. In fact, the personal data that are requested must be exclusively your personal data.

Should I find discrepancies in the data, I reserve the right to report the fact and any violation or abuse of which I become aware, in the interest of all consumers.

Responsibility

I (Alessandra Di Gennaro) are not responsible for any damage, loss, theft of the product from the moment it is entrusted to Poste Italiane for shipment. I am also not responsible for any inefficiencies of Poste Italiane or the couriers chosen by it outside the Italian territory, accidents, damage, robbery, explosion, strikes, force majeure that slow down shipping times or do not allow the package to reach the recipient.

I (Alessandra Di Gennaro) are not responsible for any fraudulent or illegal use that may be made by third parties of credit cards and other means of payment when the payment is made. In fact, the payment process is automated and online, so in no way can I get to know the credit / debit / prepaid card numbers.

Right of withdrawal

From the moment of receipt of the package and for the next 14 days you have time to rethink your purchase and choose, if you are not satisfied with the product, to withdraw from the sales contract.

The withdrawal can be made no later than 14 days from receipt of the goods by sending me an email to info@ve-ro.com with the following data:

- signature of the consumer if the letter of withdrawal is sent in paper form to the above address.

The shipping costs to send me the product in case you want to withdraw from the sales contract are at your expense (buyer) and your responsibility. Jurisdiction

Any possible dispute relating to the purchase contract made on the website www.ve-ro.com will be submitted to the Italian jurisdiction.

Processing of Personal Data
